MasterPlan Ministries provides churches with structured programs designed to disciple and equip business leaders. Business Leader Groups

Our peer-based groups consist of 8–12 carefully matched Christian business leaders who meet regularly in a confidential, supportive setting. These groups foster authentic community, personal growth, and professional development, all deeply rooted in biblical principles and practical application.

Business Leader Groups go beyond networking by providing peer-driven discipleship and leadership development for Christian professionals. Members grow both spiritually and professionally as they apply biblical wisdom directly to their leadership roles, equipping them to lead with greater integrity, clarity, and impact.
